It's a Numbers Game

What it does

Three things it does, before you've typed anything

The whole tool is one extension and one board. The extension does the typing and the checking on the job page itself; the board remembers what happened. That's the entire product.

How it works

Never apply to the same job twice

The extension reads the posting you're looking at and checks it against your board. Same job, or just the same employer — it tells you before you start the form, not after you submit it.

Fill the form, not the same fields again

Import your resume or LinkedIn profile once. The extension fills in name, contact details, links and the questions you've answered before, on the application form itself.

Remember what actually happened

A timestamped log per application, written by the app as things move — plus your own notes on that recruiter call three weeks ago.

Every application, in the column it's actually in

A card moves across as things happen. It's the bit a spreadsheet can technically do and never quite does, because updating a spreadsheet is a chore and dragging a card isn't.

The next questions

Which sites it autofills, how the duplicate check decides two postings are the same job, and what happens to your data — the FAQ answers those plainly, and the guides go further.
